Sophia Morgan

Associate

Sophia Morgan joined Watanabe Ing in September 2024 as an associate. Her practice is focused in the areas of Environmental, Public Utilities, and Creditor’s Rights.

Sophia received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa William S. Richardson School of Law in 2024 with certificates in Environmental Law and Native Hawaiian Law. She received her B.A., cum laude, in History and Environmental Studies from the honors program of Calvin University in 2021.

While in law school, Sophia served as an editor for the University of Hawaiʻi Law Review, a research associate for the Environmental Law program, a Teaching Assistant for Torts courses, and President of the Environmental Law Society. As Jarman Fellow in 2022, Sophia also worked for the Division of Aquatic Resources and Mālama Pūpūkea-Waimea.
