Pamela J. Larson

Pamela J. Larson joined Watanabe Ing in 1985 and has led the Maui office of Watanabe Ing since its inception in 2006. As a partner, Ms. Larson brings over 30 years of experience in public utilities and real property law to the firm.

Her experience includes representing major telecommunications carriers and water and waste water companies as they navigate public utilities regulations. Ms. Larson has experience in applications for rate increases, the sale of public utilities, expansion of service territories, and obtaining approvals for various financing and other transactions. Ms. Larson’s years of experience and understanding of public utilities law together with her ability to work with other parties has led to successful outcomes for her clients. Through her real property practice, Ms. Larson has represented buyers and sellers of commercial real estate and assists in negotiation and drafting commercial leases.
