Pamela J. Larson joined Watanabe Ing LLP in 1985 and has led the Maui office of Watanabe Ing LLP since its inception in 2006. As a partner, Ms. Larson brings over 25 years of experience in real property and public utilities law to the firm.
Her experience includes representing major telecommunications carriers and water and waste water companies as they navigate public utilities regulations. Ms. Larson’s years of experience and understanding of public utilities law together with her ability to work with other parties has led to successful outcomes for her clients. Through her real property practice, Ms. Larson has represented buyers and sellers of commercial real estate and assists in negotiation and drafting commercial leases.
Ms. Larson attended the William S. Richardson School of Law, where she was an author and editor for the University of Hawai‘i Law Review. Ms. Larson was awarded the Lawrence H. Kono Memorial Award and the Michael P. and Janet Porter Awards for her academic achievements. She is a member of the Hawai‘i State and American Bar Associations.
